The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. in Memorial Hall by President Jim Farrow.

Committee reports
- Service committee -- Jack Kooyoomjian
- so recently completed projects chair breakdown following Dr. file speech, ushering at Oedipus Rex, and co-checking at the international club dance
- check appointed Ross Jones coordinate service projects in order to improve efficiency
- Mark Cheren was designated as foreign student chairman.
- Due to Bob Perrault’s decision to go in active, Charlie Thomas will be scouting coordinator.
- Dave Mathieson will be Freshman Forum Chairman next semester.
- Those interested in North End Workcamps should see Dick Morrow.
- APO will again carol at rest homes and in the North End this Christmas. Dick Haynes will set up the route and get trees.
- The suggestion was made that the Finance Committee obtain a band for a February dance.

Dick Strecker was elected treasurer by unanimous vote of the chapter.
New business
- and Mark Cheren brought up the possibility of publishing the critique sheet university instructors. Majority of the chapter president was in favor of looking forward into its.
- Mock announced that there would be a ride on November 17
- transportation arrangements were discussed for the convention at UConn.
- Initiation of the spring pledge class will be held on November 19.
- Ross Jones was appointed to the convention chairman.
